About Oxford Neighborhood Services Center
A trusted resource for neighbors in need.

Since its founding, Oxford Neighborhood Services Center (NSC) has remained committed to a simple but powerful mission: to support individuals and families experiencing crisis by connecting them with the resources they need to regain stability and hope.
What began as a small, local initiative has grown into a trusted hub of emergency support for southern Chester County providing essential services, compassionate guidance, and a safe place where people are met with dignity.
Responding to Emergency Needs
At the heart of our work is crisis support. NSC helps residents navigate unexpected hardships by offering direct financial assistance or connecting them with local services. Our team supports clients with access to:
- Emergency food
- Heating, fuel, and utility assistance
- Housing and transportation support
- Healthcare and medicationresources
Whether someone is facing eviction, choosing between groceries and gas, or struggling to keep the lights on, NSC steps in to help prevent a short-term crisis from becoming a long-term catastrophe.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors
Our work is made possible by the generous spirit of our community—and we remain deeply grateful to every volunteer, donor, and partner who helps us serve our neighbors with compassion and care.
