Food and monetary donations are collected each year to help everyone celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday.

As the holiday approaches, we will collect donations of turkeys and all the fixings to make Thanksgiving baskets for families in our community. To support the collection virtually, please use our Donation page.

For a list of donations needed, please click here.

If you are in need of some help for your family and are not already a client, please visit or call the NSC office at

610-932-8557.

Christmas Room

Every December

A room full of donated toys

We collect new toys and children's clothing every holiday season for our annual Christmas Room for our neighbors who are less fortunate. We accept monetary donations and donations of new, unwrapped toys and clothing for boys and girls from infants to 12 years old.

Toys can be dropped off at the NSC office or at a number of collection boxes in the area. See our blog for locations.

If you are in need of some help from Santa for your family and are not already a client, please visit or call NSC office at 610-932-8557.

Chester County ABATE Food Drive

Every June

Volunteers delivering food donations

The annual ABATE Food Drive begins after Memorial Day and culminates with a motorcycle ride to deliver the food before the 4th of July.

This event happens thanks to the Chester County ABATE motorcycle club and will allow NSC to provide much needed food to our neighbors during the summer and early fall months, when food donations are often at their lowest rate.

Look for collections at the Oxford Walmart, Oxford Redners and the Dollar General in Nottingham from 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays in June!
