Each year the Oxford Neighborhood Services Center holds a Dinner Auction in April to benefit the programs and services they provide. Last year the Oxford Area High School Helping Hands Club offered “Chores and More” as a live auction item in which they offered 4 – 8 club members to work 2-4 hours at the home of the highest bidder, which brought in a $250 donation.
Today, nine members of the HH Club contributed to the “Chores and More” work day for a total of 23 combined hours of work. Their completed to-done list included organizing the garage and decorating for a birthday party. We would like to thank the Oxford Area High School Helping Hands Club for their support of the Oxford Area Neighborhood Services Center.
